Dr. Ulphard Thoden van Velzen is 57 year old Dutchman, working since 1995 at Wageningen Food & Biobased Research on the development of packages for fresh foods to extend the shelf life. From 2008 on, he started to analyse packaging waste and recycling technologies. He likes to present, write and review.
