Karsten Schellhas is a highly commited meat & alternative protein product consultant with over 30 years of experience in meat processing and operations and 5 plus years of experience working with customers to develop alternative protein producs in Canada, the United States of America and in Europe. He is also a 4th generation German master butcher, an alternative protein technologist and a European trained chef .
