BPA COLLATOR Series

Our Collator series are designed as a fi rst step to your end-of-line automation. These semi-automatic solutions still require manual labour to pack your product. However, these low-cost solutions help you to make your process much simpler and more effi cient. With a minimal investment, you can quickly increase your productivity, while reducing labour costs by adding one or multiple of our Collator solutions to your packaging lines.

This semi-automatic packing aid can receive bags from a primary wrapping machine such as a bagging machine, wrapper or thermoform machine. It places them in a vertical stack on anaccumulation conveyor (Collator 200) or put them automatically in cases (Collator Buddy). Together with an auto-case former and closer, this additional “Buddy” takes you to the next level of the automation of your packaging process.
