The forming plate system enables quick, easy and cost-effective replacement in just a few minutes. Our specially developed filling channel system feeds raw masses of various origins gently and accurately to the gram into the machine, where they are then precisely shaped. The forming machine is operated via a PLC control system and a touch panel. The visualized user interface enables intuitive operation of the system and, in addition to setting all process parameters, also offers the option of recipe management for up to 30 recipes.
