EmulsiCut - MicroCutter and Emulsifier

For the production of fluid products and dry goods. For cutting and emulsifying in the production of meat, sausage, sweets or delicatessen.

Machines for the cutting and emulsifying of food, operating by the rotor-stator-cutting-principle. The cutting head is rotating inside of the cutting ring with a motor speed of 3000 rpm. The cutting ring defines the clearance, which is between 3 and 0.2 mm. By a double cutting tool of different clearances, multiple cutting operations can be carried out in one step.
