U510 UV laser system
The Domino U510 UV marking laser is ideal for marking plastics and current sustainable packaging materials, such as recyclable, flexible mono-material polymers, including thin films.
The new UV laser system can be used to mark both white and coloured substrates without compromising the barrier properties of the material.
Thanks to a photochemical reaction, the U510 UV marking laser is not dependent on laser-activating pigments/additives or specially prepared coding fields.
Integration into the production line is facilitated by the all-in-one solution, consisting of control unit and laser unit or laser head. Thanks to its IP55 protection class, the U510 UV laser is ideal for humid or dusty production environments.
D-Series CO2 lasers:
The D-Series range of our laser systems enables flexible and high-quality CO2 laser marking of a wide variety of materials such as glass, ceramics, rubber, plastic, paper, cardboard or coated metals, and is easy to install and integrate thanks to its modular design and reduced size.
With the D-series laser systems, you can apply variable data such as text information, numbers, graphics, 1D barcodes and 2D data matrix codes to implement legally compliant solutions, including the guidelines for serialisation at item level.
F-series fibre lasers:
The F230i, F520i and F720i fibre lasers promise near-seamless uptime and an expected laser lifetime of approximately 100,000 hours.
The systems are flexible and adaptable and are suitable for both static/intermittent and marking applications at low to high line speeds.
