The production and processing of chocolate in particular requires high-quality and durable machines. The conveying principle of the screw pumps is very suitable for this. The chocolate mass is moved axially from the suction side to the pressure side in the chambers of the screw conveyors. Depending on the size of the chambers, solids such as whole nuts or nut splinters can also be conveyed without damage.
The pumps can also be supplied as heated versions to ensure a constant temperature level throughout the entire process stage. For highly viscous ingredients such as broken chocolate, the pump can also be designed as a self-feeding pump. A large inlet hopper then guarantees a constant feed of the media into the pump.
