Dosing and mixing of liquid products

In the production of liquids, raw materials are mixed in liquid form or added as powder. With the help of the Ruland dosing and mixing plants the individual product componants can be dosed as precisely as possible, particles are carefully dissolved and mixed, the structure of the products can be retained. The Ruland dosing and mixing systems offer a variety of different dosing and mxing processes and are manufactured individually, tailored to the application. The aim is to achieve a consistent product quality with the lowest possible product losses and an overall gentle processing.

Whether batch dosing or continuous inline dosing, there are different solutions for dosing small quantities or mixing large batches. With the appropriate agitators, all materials are distributed homogeneously. Dry materials are dosed via inline dispersers. All solutions focus on the respective requirements and the desired product properties. Ruland also offers various hygienic solutions for the storage of end or intermediate products.

The system control can range from manual, operator-guided production processes to fully automated complete solutions. The operators can obtain an overview of the running process via the plant visualisation. The Ruland Process Management System, RPMS, offers convenient recipe control, raw material management and tank farm handling. Processes are documented and logged, providing the operator with complete traceability of the batches produced.
