Cutter for production of jams, salted and sweet creams, sauces, jellies, yogurts

Cutters proposed by Navatta Group have the function of
crushing/mixing/cooking of products, combining them with vacuum and
thermal processes.
Inner surfaces are heated through jacketed wall, it is possible to inject
direct steam, the chamber can also be kept under vacuum.
Machine body is truncated cone shape, and inside a powerful blades
system rotates. The product is loaded in pieces of medium size and is
finely chopped, mixed, avoiding oxidation, and if requested, it can be also
concentrated. It is also possible to cook product until a maximum
temperature of 105 °C. The ideal and flexible solution for industrial
kitchens.
HIGH VISCOSITY FORMULATED PRODUCTS: jams, salted and sweet creams,
sauces, jellies, yogurts.
