An initial contingent of codes for exhibitor passes and construction/dismantling passes will be sent to all exhibitors automatically and exclusively by e-mail in good time before the start of the trade fair. Please pass these codes on to your employees or service providers. If you need additional passes, you can reorder additional codes for exhibitor passes and set-up/dismantling passes using the form below.

Advantages

The ticket codes offer exhibitors and/or stand constructors a number of advantages:

  • You can register for the trade fair and redeem your ticket code quite simply online.
  • The exhibitor passes or construction passes ticket will be displayed automatically in the ticket wallet of the app. This enables you to enter the trade fair without delay.
  • When you redeem a exhibitor pass ticket code online, you will receive the free public transport ticket in a separate e-mail. The public transport ticket is valid for buses and trains in the extended network of the Rhein-Sieg Transport Authority (VRS). Exempted are Deutsche Bahn AG trains that are subject to a surcharge (e.g. IC/EC or ICE trains)
    (Please be informed, that this only applies to exhibitor passes. Not construction passes!)
  • Access to the expanded online information offers users an optimal and comfortable way to plan their visit to the trade fair.
  • Please note, that you have to redeem the ticket codes online. You will not be able to redeem the ticket codes at the box offices on site.

Important information on how to redeem the ticket codes

Please note: Each person needs his own ticket shop account, because the ticket will always be automatically issued in the name of the account holder. It is not possible to redeem the ticket code for another person.

  1. Go to the link to the Ticket Shop.
  2. Enter your ticket code in the input field and click on »Continue«.
  3. Register in the ticket shop or log in with your existing account.
  4. Complete the order by clicking on the button » Yes, redeem the Business Ticket / Ticket reservation for [name]«. For you as a ticket code holder, the order is free.
  5. The admission ticket will be displayed automatically in the ticket wallet of the app.
  6. You will receive your free travel ticket in a separate e-mail shortly after your ticket (Only valid for exhibitor passes, not construction passes). To use the public transport system please print out the PDF file in size A4 or download the PDF file to your mobile device. The public transport ticket is non-transferable and only valid in connection with a valid photo identification and an admission ticket of Koelnmesse GmbH.

Validity

Exhibitor passes are valid from the first day of build up period up to and including the last day of dismantling.

Stand construction passes are only valid during build up and dismantling period, not during the trade fair.

Transportation ticket

Additionally to your exhibitor pass, you will receive a 2nd class ticket for public transport in a separate e-mail. The tickets for public transportation are valid during the trade fair (not during assembly and disassembly) within the extended Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (VRS) network. This does not apply to Deutsche Bahn AG trains subject to a surcharge such as IC/EC or ICE trains.

The ticket only entitles the holder to travel to and from Koelnmesse GmbH during the specified trade fair period. It is non-transferable and only valid in conjunction with a valid photo ID.

Stand construction passes

Your stand construction pass cannot be used as transportation tickets.

Neither will you receive a separate ticket for public transportation.
