About Gerrit Feuerriegel
Gerrit Feuerriegel is founder & managing director of the world's largest B2B bioeconomy platform Bioshyft (incl. Foodshyft, Agrishyft, Oceanshyft, Materialshyft, Energyshyft, Watershyft) and the strategy consultancy Shyft Management Consulting. In his professional career, he specialised early on in the field of meat, dairy and material alternatives, authored the internationally published Kearney study on artificial meat as lead author, led various major international projects in Asia, North America and Europe on market entry strategies, raw material strategies, due diligence, technology analyses, production site analyses and innovation management. Most recently, he worked as Chief Commercial Officer for two biotech start-ups (biomass fermentation and precision fermentation)
