The event
How can the digital transformation in the food industry be implemented in practice through networking and knowledge transfer? The Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) is funding eleven innovation projects in this area with the DigiFood project. The projects results will be presented during the poster session. For example, digital solutions are being developed to reduce food losses. The use of collaborative robots and digital twins is also being researched.
The advantages of AI in food production are demonstrated by self-learning and self-optimizing systems that are already being used successfully in cleaning processes, fresh food logistics and intelligent packaging. Be inspired by the innovative projects!
