Climate change is a key issue and in the social and political spotlight. The associated consequences require a bundle of measures in technologies, innovations and rethinking. In the food industry, a particularly large number of cooling measures are required, making them energy intensive. For this reason, sustainable cooling supply plays a special role in this industry. With the help of an efficient cooling supply, CO2-emissions can be reduced, and operating costs minimized. For example, measures for heat recovery or optimization of existing processes are suitable.
