GEA CIPClean - Clarification of CIP-solution by using separators

An increasingly important topic is the economical use of resources and their reuse. GEA has taken on this topic and developed concepts for saving resources in cleaning solutions under the title “CIPClean”. This lecture will show how GEA purify cleaning solutions using centrifugal separation technology to enable their reuse.

The dairies face major challenges such as how water, wastewater, energy and cleaning solutions can be saved or reused in Lost CIPs.

GEA  opens up opportunities to enable the reuse of cleaning media and thus conserve resources and reduce costs.

Centrifugal separation technology can be used and integrated flexibly, which is presented in short case studies.
