The event
Exchange ideas at an equal basis to develop concrete solutions: That is a BarCamp. "Bar" describes a blank space, because the topics are presented, determined and organized by the participants. Neither speakers nor an agenda is needed. A moderator leads through the event.
Only the topic is given: Future of Food - or how can the food industry become sustainable? Without compromising on food safety and efficiency? And no food waste?
Meet start-ups and young professionals. Discuss disruptive ideas with experts. Get new perspectives from students and young scientists. The customized event is perfect to close out this Anuga FoodTec week and the prelude to the career’s day!
In advance you get a few rules for a BarCamp:
1. Everyone is on a first-name basis.
2. Introduce yourself with three keywords.
3. If you have a topic, get involved.
4. Report and blog about the BarCamp.
5. If you have nothing more to contribute, move on to the next topic.
