The Thermoforming packaging machine WEBOMATIC® ML-C 3600 is designed for medium- to high production requirements. Many customization options allow for individualized packaging and optimal packaging line integration.
The ML-C 3600 is an extremely hygienic machine that, on the one hand, prevents the accumulation of dirt through design measures and, on the other hand, makes cleaning extremely easy thanks to a special cleaning mode. The inclined surfaces ensure that liquids run off and prevent dirt pockets.
The machine length can be extended from an economical 4.5 m to 15 m. This enables, for example, a generous infeed section or the integration of filling, labeling and coding systems.
Depending on specification, the ML-C 3600 can process rigid films up to 600 μm with a width of up to 462 mm in repeat lengths up to 400 mm.
For the production of customized, sophisticated thermoformed packaging, even in large quantities, a wide range of optional equipment is prepared for this machine.
These include, for example, an extended insertion section, also knee-free, and an extended discharge.
The cutting technology is also important.
In addition to the usual cutting techniques for soft and rigid films, the ML-C 3600 can also be optionally equipped for zigzag and perforation cutting.
