JOLLYPACK – the new compact packaging monoblock

At Anuga 2024, CLEMENS Getränketechnik GmbH & Co. KG will present the new JOLLYPACK monoblock from the renowned company MAS PACK.  The monoblock combines case erecting, bottle packing, and case sealing in an extremely compact machine with very low space requirements.

 

In 250 cycles, the JOLLYPACK packs up to 3,000 bottles per hour gently into precisely erected cartons and seals them securely at the top and bottom with adhesive tape, optionally with hot glue.

 

JOLLYPACK impresses with its solid and compact design and is made entirely of stainless steel. The carton magazine, which can be loaded in the run, has a capacity of up to 100 cartons. Fast format changes guarantee optimum utilization times.

 

The packing machine with a "pick & place" packing head can handle bottle diameters between 60 and 100 mm. An easy-to-adjust gripper enables 2 cartons of 6 bottles each or 1 carton of 12 bottles each to be loaded, which are sealed by a top and a bottom gluing unit.

 

The TFT-Toch color display from Siemens ensures fast and clear operation.
