Belt disinfection with external PowerUnit

The FBK system is used for permanent disinfection of conveyors and cutting belts, as well as surfaces and films. The external switch cabinet ensures easy cleaning.

Function
Fixed installation frame with pull-out hinged base for easy cleaning; in the 4 device type up to 810 mm, the cover of the stainless steel tray is pulled out to the front and folded down; from 1000 mm it is pulled out to the side. Thanks to the external stainless steel switch cabinet, the device no longer needs to be removed during wet cleaning. The sensor automatically shuts down the device when it is opened; the UV-C light is fully shielded to ensure it is safe for employees

HPF technology – 2.5x the power thanks to a high-performance reflector; powerful UV-C spotlights (water-tight design), splinter protection on protective conduits; external stainless steel switch cabinet with 10 meter cable

Assembly/maintenance
A complete assembly manual is included in the delivery; the UV-C spotlight is exchanged via a screw-in socket
